Now that you know how you perceive things, when I talk of visualisation it encompasses all of these modes of creating. When I create a vision board I tend to use words, pictures and emotion to really bring it to life. This is why I prefer to create them using my own images rather that pictures from magazines. By creating the image you put more emotion and feeling behind it and connect more with your subconscious mind. The subconscious is the deep hidden aspect of yourself that we want to tap into and stimulate so that it continues working for you long after you have stopped creating your vision board.
A great place to hang your vision board is somewhere you will see it daily. I have used the inside of my wardrobe door and the outside of my glass shower. Both of these places are highly visible and somewhere that you start your day. Your mind is more open and receptive first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Placing your vision board somewhere that you will see it at these times gives you maximum input and makes it more effective.try using visualisation to create the outcomes that you want during your day. Start walking yourself through your day in the morning, before you get out of bed. If you have a meeting or presentation imagine it going well and achieving your desired outcome. The more often you do this the more you will notice coincidences and synchronicities showing up in your life. Things will start to flow and seem more effortless.
You have nothing to lose so try it and see,
